i'm always mooching in my local charity shops for old books, but today i saw this lovatt's stoneware teapot in the window for the bargain price of £3 and i had to have it. it survived its slightly perilous journey home (being held by arth) and is now pride of place on my dresser (even though i was informed by arth that it was 'yuck') i don't know anything about it, but the colour is to die for, a real proper pale blue. who knew a teapot could make me so happy?

ReplyDeleteYummy! Weirdly Jacob's mum has about ten of these, half in yellow, half in green of varying sizes, all arranged beatifully on her dresser which is just groaning with stuff like this... Lucky lady. And lucky you! I'm sure she'd be very jealous of your blue version!
