in collaboration with alison at eco eco and shauna at quail by mail, we've had 80 metres of totem printed in two different colourways - a classic combination of soft blue on white organic cotton and a scrummy ocean green on a seafoam background. it's a little bigger than my original print - each element of the design is around 1.5" as opposed to 1" tall. it looks amazing, i'm so excited! and because it's still hand printed, it has all the little quirks of the handmade which gives it character. it will be available by the metre in the shop later...ohhhhhh, all thrilled to bits! (and it's wider than i was expecting too - 48")
shauna, by the way, is thinking of having her deliciously cute little blouse, amelie, made in this, how cool will it be to be able to wear my own print? way cool, i tell ya!
very cool and i love the way it looks in the blue on blue! congrats!
