it's a given!

winner 1: fat eighth bundle
winner 2: layer cake
winner 3: charm pack
so, folks, as promised, it's time for a giveaway! i haven't even given my mum any of this yet, & it's not available in the shops for another month or so, so the winners of this giveaway will actually be some of the first peeps to get their mitts on this collection, oh yeah.

can i also say a massive thank you to everyone who comments on my blog - i really appreciate the encouragement and lovely things people say about my work. it's truly humbling whenever i receive a message telling me that i inspire people - that just feels amazing. thank you.

so, enough of that sentimental claptrap, you're here for the giveway, aren't you!

simple rules, 3 prizes.

anyone can enter from all over the world.

to have one chance at the cherry, simply leave a comment telling me what you would call your very own debut fabric collection.

to have another nibble, follow this blog and then leave a comment telling me you have done so.

if you'd like to follow me on twitter (i'm @lusummers) please do so and tell me, that will count as chance number 3 to win!

(please note: i have had a few people in the past letting me know they've found it difficult to leave comments for me, so i've disabled the moderation thingy and you no longer have to fill in the weird word box doo-dah either, so it should be super easy now)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE remember to leave your email address. if i have to search for you in more than 3 clicks, i'll choose another winner.

you have until midday (BST) next monday, april 2nd to leave your comments and the winners will be announced in the afternoon. or whenever i've actually got time that day :)

winner 1 will receive a fat eighth bundle - that's a fat eighth of all 27 prints.

winner 2 will receive a layer cake which has 42 ten inch squares.

winner 3 will receive a charm pack which is made up of 42 five inch squares.

GOOD LUCK!

Such a beautiful collection, I hope you are very proud of yourself!

    ReplyDelete
  140. What a bloody palaver - looks like my friend dave was still signed in when I left those comments. You can count all 3 as one entry! DOH

    ReplyDelete
  141. I guess it would depend on the theme of the fabric. If I did a dog theme fabric I would probably name it after my dog and call it "Q*bert's Quandaries" or "Q*bert's Quirks", but I have a feeling those might be difficult names for people. Especially since people think his name is Hubert when I introduce him, but I really like names that start with "Q". If I did a geometric print (which is more likely) then I would call it "Geometric Therapy".
Really loving the black and white top print on the top of the bundles and I'm sure the rest is just as cool!

I'm not sure what I'd call my own line of fabric, but since my first name is pretty unique, it would be fun to do something with that. My flickr name has my name backwards (my flickr name is missyecaj), but I doubt people would know how to pronounce that!
