i should be cooking right now, and indeed things are probably burning to a crisp as i type...but i wanted to get this done straight away, because when i get in my mind i have to do something, i drop everything else. horrible, inconvenient habit really. anyway...i've been playing with fabric, paper and paint today and created this mixed media 'sketch' called 'when, where, which, what'. the pretty fabric is an old charity shop find- a hankie for 20p! oh crap.....there's a distinct smell of singed sausages...gotta dash...!

I'm laughing because I'm exactly the same. I have to set a timer for the sausages, or I forget to turn them and burn them every time. What it is to get engrossed!
Hope they scraped up okay!
what is it about you English and your sausages? Bangers and Mash I suppose!
Love the new style and that inconvenient habit is often called focus or dedication! Highly sought after by some people.
hi, i found your blog via anna betts blog. i love the collage, pink and green are such a good combination. i've only read a few articles on your blog so far but i will return to read more. ness
That is just beautiful!
thanks laura c!
Pretty! I'm going a bit bonkers about all things pink and green of late and that's a beautiful composition to boot.
