there's a lot of quilting goin' on with some of my favourite bloggers of late...heather, lara, and michelle, to name but a few. although these lovely ladies are using their own fabrics for their quilts, for all you quilters and fabric hoarders out there that don't create your own fabric, i thought it would be nice to introduce my friend kate. she has just re-launched her fantastic new website, quilters cloth, and has the most amazing eye for fabric, really beautiful taste...all postage is free in the uk which is brilliant value, (she also ships worldwide, shipping is at cost) and she doesn't just bung the cost of the postage on the prices of her fabric either...so go and have a gander!
the above quilt was made by my mum (she's a longarm quilter, and this was made using fabric from kate's range of kaffe fassett fabrics. it's amazing in real life...a real show stopper!
