this bird has flown...

not forever i hasten to add, in fact, my track record for not managing to blog is about 5 days. but i'm afraid something's gotta give - the farmhouse is racing along and i'm there most days sorting stuff out with the builders. we move on the weekend of 13/14th december and there are carpets to be chosen, floors to be sanded, furniture to buy, and a house with 11 years worth of stuff to pack up. oh yeah, and a commission of four collage pieces for a new york company to create (dreadful timing but hell yeah! exciting!), as wall as trying to keep up with making regular stuff to list on etsy. and, oh yeah, and two children to sort out. i tell ya, i'm sleeping badly too (worry, worry) so, i think i'm going to have a longish blogging break where i will come back refreshed, living in a new house with tons to show you. so for now, i'll bid you farewell. i'm not sure when i'll be back, maybe before christmas, if not soon after. thanks for being such good readers - and i really will be back soon! xxx
