not studio stuff, but i thought you might like to see my ebay find - a little 1950's kitchen cabinet i bought for £6. it was in fairly tatty state so i painted it pale blue for my laundry room - it's going to house the stuff for the washing - fabric conditioner and tablets and pegs and such like. i couldn't resist filling it with my finds from last week's charidy shop hunt with anna for the time being for an impromptu photoshoot - you have to imagine the plug sockets aren't there, i'm having problems with my clone tool of late...it's a terrible situation, up there with cheerios trodden in the carpet. grrrrrr.

oh yes, v lovely lu. nice colour choice too. x
Nice!
Sheesh, don't get me started on Cheerios...bane of my life, fishing the little soggy buggers out the plughole.
it's the lack of vision that gets me. I see a nasty tacky old cupboardy thing that would be in the kind of house people have died in (We saw a few when we were house hunting)...you see a fresh eggshell lick of paint and carefully chosen objets and...wow.
I'm working on trying to see the potential.
What a fab find! I love finding old things and breathing new life into them. My coffee table is an old linen chest I bought at a second-hand store.
Nice! I likee very much. And those shiny tins? Old or new? Do I spot cute little wooden handles on them?
We must, we must, we must increase our bust, I mean, go to Burwash Manor soon :)
