today mum and i pinned the hexagon quilt on to the quilting frame. this hasn't been an easy quilt, and there are more frustrations to come - there's some unpicking to do tomorrow...BUT when i see these in progress shots, i get excited all over again. as you can see the design has changed from the original, it just wasn't working before, the balance was all wrong. but now i'm happy with it and can't wait to finish it completely. ekk! exciting! and just in time for the deadline, hopefully!

sheesh you're so clever - first all those amazing quilts last night (I mean, I know you didn't make them last night but I saw them last night) and now this. Your stuff is completely different from everyone else's.
